PRESS RELEASE: Second Success in a row. Another sold out digital Certified Sustainability (ESG) Program.

Always one step ahead, CSE delivers yet another sold-out digital version of its flagship course, the Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner Program, Advanced Edition 2021.

The digital course incorporates three live sessions, facilitated by global Lead Trainers, including Nikos Avlonas, Founder and President of CSE and Karen Malone.  The course combines the best attributes of online learning with the interactive attributes of live instruction and breakout sessions.

This challenging digital training provides the latest practical tools and resources to implement or upscale corporate sustainability (ESG) initiatives to the next level by generating value and creating effective strategies.

The Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) celebrates 14 years of trust from FT 500 corporations and global organizations in providing specialized Sustainability Education in Europe, North America, MENA and ASIA – AUSTRALIA regions.

Sustainability leaders from DHL, Clintar, Pall Corporation, Avery Dennison, Duke Energy Technologies, iContinuum Group LLC, Western EcoSystems Technology and other leading organizations joined CSE’s digital program.

A good portion of this training focused on the integration and use of the UN SDGs, which is one of the important considerations for participants from leading sectors. New trends were also discussed, like the science based targets, which more and more organizations are committing to. The discussion also focused on sector based benchmarking in order to position sustainability at the top of the corporate agenda.

Another issue, praised as one of the key takeaways by participants, was ESG ratings and Reporting.  ESG criteria are part of due diligence for trillions of investment, and understanding how ESG performance is rated, as well as knowing which ESG ratings are the most credible ones, can save resource and boost the organization’s value. Knowing how to address stakeholder concerns is crucial when allocating resources, as well as designing effective sustainability (ESG) strategies and developing a sustainability report. Additionally, the importance of accuracy and transparency and the necessity of following a right corporate strategy was stressed.
