In the year 2000, Safaricom began the journey with a view to Transform Lives. Safaricom is one of a small group of about 400 companies across Africa whose annual revenues are more than $1 billion. Safaricom invest a unique way of doing business through one Purpose; to ‘Transform Lives’. The Solution

CSE designed and implemented a tailor-made Executive Sustainability Workshop with the objective of creating a common understanding of CSR and Sustainability across all Safaricom’s Executives. The workshop presented  all critical issues related to CSR, as it pertains to the regional, sector, and company-specific needs of the organization. All executives and managers joint the 2 day workshop. A benchmarking of Safaricom and Assessment of its Sustainability Strategy was included in the deliverables.
