CSE organized a benchmarking visit with Lloyds TSB in London for CSR Managers.

CSR Managers from 6 countries and various business sectors participated in the benchmarking visit that took place on April 18th in London and was organized by CSE and Lloyds TSB at the Bank Headquarters.

John Swannick, Lloyds TSB CSR Manager and Nikos Avlonas, CSE Managing Director facilitated the visit and presented the good practices for CSR.

The purpose of the Benchmarking visit was to exchange knowledge for CSR and the use of the EFQM framework for CSR, based on the Lloyds TSB case study. Lloyds TSB CSR Strategy Performance Scorecard, developed by CSE, guarantees the complete integration of CR indicators within the Corporate Strategy from day one. It is a system for identifying, measuring, managing and reporting on key CR priorities and aligning Corporate Responsibility strategy with business performance and external reporting.

Lloyds TSB, one of the major European banks, based in London, with over 75,000 employees, has been using the services of CSE for the creation of an integrated CSR strategy, since 2004 and has already presented the outcome of the specific project in many conferences all over the world.

CSE is also participating and contributing with its research in the CSR Europe laboratory ’’ Corporate Responsibility and Market Valuation of Financial and Non-Financial Performance’’ with leading companies and Universities.
