Pharmathen’s highly diversified product portfolio of more than 90 commercialized products is sold to 250 customers and accessed by patients in more than 90 countries worldwide.

The Challenge

Pharmathen is committed to a CSR mission; that is to make a positive impact on the lives of people, by ensuring that they enjoy better health. It is also our commitment to embrace a culture of responsibility and integrity within the workplace. Pharmathen needed a way to communicate with its stakeholders regarding what is important for them in the area of Sustainability through undertaking a Materiality Assessment to identify what is a priority for them to set future strategic goals but needed to include the financial aspect of materiality.

The Solution

CSE supported the company to undertake a Double Materiality Survey and analysis with its key stakeholders identifying the key material issues to be included in its Sustainability Report based on the GRI standards and the financial material topics.
