The Challenge

PepsiCo needed a way to communicate with its stakeholders regarding what is important for them in the area of Sustainability.

The Solution

CSE designed and implemented a tailor-made Executive Sustainability Workshop with the objective of creating a common understanding of CSR and Sustainability across all PepsiCo’s Executives. The workshop presented all critical issues related to CSR, as it pertains to the regional, sector, and company-specific needs of the organization. All executives and managers joint the 2 day workshop. A benchmarking of Pepsico and Assessment of its Sustainability Strategy was included in the deliverables.
