The workshop will cover the following issues:
- In-depth clarification of the term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- The definition of stakeholders
- The importance of CSR in shaping corporate culture and brand image reputation
- Introduction on how to design and implement a CSR strategy
- Presentation of the international standards used to create Sustainability Reports (GRI, UN Global Compact)
- Presentation of best practices through Case Studies
By attending this workshop, participants will:
- Gain profound knowledge of what we define as the “CSR concept” and of the necessary steps to design and implement successfully a CSR strategy and a Sustainability Report
