The Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) supports businesses invest in sustainable growth and corporate responsibility

The Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) innovates in sustainability training and consulting through global partnerships and participates in the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Initiative, supported by the United Nations.

As a PRI signatory, CSE expands its specialized training and consulting services to support companies and businesses invest in sustainable growth and corporate responsibility, based on the six principles for a responsible investment strategy announced in 2006 in the New York Stock Exchange, following a UN initiative. CSE supports companies and organizations of the financial sector integrate factors related to environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG – Environment, Society, Governance) into their investment decisions. Among the benefits of this strategic approach is effective risk management and an improved, sustainable, long-term performance.

Recent CSE clients taking advantage of the new services include top global ESG rating organizations for listed companies, such as Moody’s.

The PRI has more than 2,300 members, integrating their investment decisions into environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG) as part of their strategy. This initiative supports the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations in 2015.

For its advanced knowledge and unique methodology, the Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) received an Honorary Distinction at the PR News CSR Awards that recently took place in Washington D.C. during a grand ceremony. CSE was awarded for the Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner Program taking place globally around the world, training professionals on corporate sustainability and ESG issues, certifying more than 1600 professionals from 55 countries and 90% of FT500.
