CSE North America launched … at the Oscars with GAEA climate neutral olive oil

One of the most innovative clients of the Centre for Sustainability & Excellence (CSE), GAEA, took advantage of the environmental character of this year’s carbon neutral Oscar Awards Ceremony. The first worldwide climate neutral olive oil, which was created in collaboration with the CSE, was one of the gifts given to the stars participating in this year’s Oscars. GAEA and the CSE prove once again their high level environmental consciousness and awareness on key sustainability issues.

At the same time, this event was a premiere for the opening of the CSE office in Chicago. The Managing Director of CSE North America is Mr. Nick Andrews, a specialist on Sustainability, while the president of the company, Mr. Nikos Avlonas said: “Having successfully promoted sustainable development solutions in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, CSE, as the leading organisation in its field, is happy to announce the launch of CSE North America. Our objectives always were, and will continue to be, globalizing sustainability, reconsidering existing business models and zero emissions; this is what we have been doing successfully for the past 4 years.”

In celebration of the launch of its new office in Chicago, CSE is hosting its first ever Climate Competition, “Show Your Carbon Footprint”. This initiative seeks to reward the most innovative and constructive concept for a Climate Neutral event or Service. The winner of “Show Your Carbon Footprint” will receive complimentary services from CSE in support of developing its Carbon Neutral event. Concept proposals are now being accepted through its website www.cse-northamerica.org.
