Pfizer Hellas perceive Corporate Social Responsibility as an integral part of the company’s identity, mission and corporate philosophy. Pfizer Hellas systematically invests in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, with interventions and programs that emphasize and expand its contribution to Greek society. Through its Sustainability Reporting it was looking to capture all its CSR initiatives for stakeholder communication and a particular focus in increased employee engagement.
CSE has supported Pfizer Hellas to carry out a number of initiatives looking to communicate its sustainability impact starting with a Stakeholders survey and creating its second Sustainability Report prepared “in accordance” core with the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Its sustainability strategy was also captured in a corporate video for more effective communication. Additionally CSE applied the SROI methodology to measure its impacts for their key indicatives undertaken during the first phase of the COVID pandemic.
