A 360 employee survey provides a safe, confidential, and reliable way for colleagues to provide feedback on the organization. CSE conducted a 360 employee survey for the employees and managers in the main offices of the company in order to obtain their opinions and reviews , evaluate employee performance and morale in an independent way. Each Manager got a feedback report and participated in an interview and was offered guidance for improving further skills and setting clear goals for becoming better leaders.
