The Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) hosted its global Training Program “Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner” November 24th and 25th in Brussels, Belgium. The training was successfully delivered for the 3rd time in Brussels and attracted great interest from the business community!
Over the course of 2 days, participants received intensive training on critical issues shaping sustainable development, stakeholder engagement, global reporting guidelines, green marketing and key performance enablers that define Sustainability. Participants included Sustainability, Energy, Environmental managers and communications executives ranging from the Consulting and Banking sector, to Steel, Construction and Pharmaceuticals.
With European focus, this global training provided participants with competitive skills and knowledge to implement sustainability within their organizations and become the leaders of a new era. Great input to the reporting trends was provided by the GRI guest speaker, Shivani Rajpal and Lilly Heineman, Senior Manager Reporting, Awards and Communications of Lloyds Banking Group.
At present, more than 300 Sustainability Practitioners from 5 continents and over 30 countries have been certified and have gained career progression and advanced knowledge and acquired comprehensive skills for bringing added value and authenticity to their organizations at the strategic and operational level.
CSE holds a competitive advantage in leading change and driving sustainability since 2006 with unique and advanced workshops and specialized services. As part of these services, the Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner Trainings have gradually received global popularity and recognition and now act as a stepping-stone for organizations that aspire to progressively implement sustainability into their core operations.
