Il promeut l'\u00e9thique des affaires en augmentant la transparence et en p\u00e9nalisant la non-conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Votre entreprise est-elle pr\u00eate pour le projet de loi S-211 ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La loi concerne les entreprises et les partenariats qui fabriquent, vendent ou importent des biens dans le monde entier ou au Canada. Les entit\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en bourse au Canada, ayant des activit\u00e9s ou des actifs au Canada et atteignant des seuils financiers sont soumises \u00e0 cette l\u00e9gislation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>D\u00e9termination de l'entit\u00e9 distincte pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e8res et les filiales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L'un des aspects cruciaux mis en \u00e9vidence dans les orientations actualis\u00e9es est l'obligation pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e8res et les filiales de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des d\u00e9terminations distinctes des entit\u00e9s. Bien que la recommandation de 10 pages soit d\u00e9sormais consultative, la limite de 100 Mo est maintenue, ce qui permet d'\u00e9tablir des rapports plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9s sans limites inutiles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>D\u00e9lais de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et obligations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les entit\u00e9s doivent d\u00e9poser leurs premiers rapports avant le 31 mai 2024, puis chaque ann\u00e9e, en respectant des d\u00e9lais stricts. Cette exigence s'applique non seulement aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, mais aussi aux institutions du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, ce qui souligne la vaste port\u00e9e de la loi.<\/p>\n<p>Pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la mise en conformit\u00e9, les entreprises sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 revoir les orientations ant\u00e9rieures, \u00e0 se familiariser avec les exigences actualis\u00e9es et \u00e0 utiliser les ressources disponibles.
