L'indice de durabilit\u00e9 d'Oman, qui sert de cadre \u00e0 l'attribution des prix, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le Centre pour la durabilit\u00e9 et l'excellence (CSE) \u00e0 l'invitation de l'entit\u00e9 gouvernementale Beah \u00e0 Oman.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'indice de durabilit\u00e9 d'Oman<\/h3>\r\n<p>Cet outil - qui est bas\u00e9 sur la norme GRI internationalement reconnue - permet aux gouvernements, aux grandes entreprises et aux PME situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Oman de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation ESG et d'obtenir des notes sur leurs progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable. En outre, les entreprises ont la possibilit\u00e9 de concevoir des strat\u00e9gies int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, de fixer des objectifs \u00e0 long terme et mesurables, de d\u00e9montrer dans la pratique leur engagement en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable, en tenant compte des crit\u00e8res et des normes ESG les plus importants (par exemple, GRI, SASB).<\/p>\r\n<p>En outre, l'indice de durabilit\u00e9 d'Oman a \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9ticuleusement divis\u00e9 en plusieurs sections, soulignant les efforts du pays en mati\u00e8re de pratiques durables dans les domaines environnemental, social, de la gouvernance et des ressources humaines. L'\u00e9valuation s'est bas\u00e9e sur des indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s tels que les crit\u00e8res de gouvernance, qui englobent la vision de l'organisation, les politiques de lutte contre la corruption, les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable, l'engagement des parties prenantes et les rapports sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>Les crit\u00e8res de l'indice de durabilit\u00e9 d'Oman<\/h3>\r\n<p>Le <strong>crit\u00e8res de pratiques sociales<\/strong> se concentrent sur l'\u00e9valuation de l'impact social de l'organisation, de sa contribution aux communaut\u00e9s locales et de sa gestion efficace de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. Les <strong>crit\u00e8res environnementaux<\/strong> examiner l'efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de gestion environnementale de l'organisation, la consommation d'\u00e9nergie, la gestion des d\u00e9chets et la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions.
