Il fait partie des mesures l\u00e9gislatives d\u00e9coulant du plan d'action de la Commission europ\u00e9enne sur la finance durable. Obligatoire <a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/fr\/les-rapports-dinformation-des-esg-au-canada\/\">Divulgation ESG<\/a> sont d\u00e9sormais impos\u00e9es aux gestionnaires d'actifs et aux autres acteurs des march\u00e9s financiers afin d'orienter les capitaux priv\u00e9s vers des investissements durables.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4241 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ESG_disclosure-1024x623.jpg\" alt=\"divulgation de l&#039;esg\" width=\"218\" height=\"133\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Selon Morningstar, les actifs des fonds durables europ\u00e9ens ont augment\u00e9 de 55% et 505 nouveaux fonds ax\u00e9s sur la \"durabilit\u00e9\" ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s en 2020. Cette forte demande de fonds ESG a exacerb\u00e9 le manque de transparence des donn\u00e9es et le nouveau paquet de r\u00e8gles sera crucial pour que l'Union europ\u00e9enne s'attaque \u00e0 l'\u00e9coblanchiment et atteigne ses objectifs de z\u00e9ro net en 2050.<\/p>\n<p>On parle d'\u00e9coblanchiment lorsqu'un fonds se pr\u00e9sente de mani\u00e8re trompeuse comme \u00e9tant durable afin d'attirer des investisseurs soucieux de l'environnement, ce qui peut nuire \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation des pr\u00eateurs et des emprunteurs. En outre, cela porte atteinte \u00e0 l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des pr\u00eats verts ou li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4239 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Greenwash-1024x623.jpg\" alt=\"fonds greenwash\" width=\"256\" height=\"156\" \/>La principale mesure visant \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de blanchiment \u00e9cologique et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation est la classification des fonds. Les gestionnaires d'actifs doivent d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9cider si un fonds qu'ils proposent peut \u00eatre class\u00e9 dans l'une des trois sections : Article 6, Article 8 et Article 9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L'article 6 concerne les fonds r\u00e9guliers<\/li>\n<li>Article 8 : promouvoir les caract\u00e9ristiques environnementales ou sociales<\/li>\n<li>Article 9 doit avoir un objectif d'investissement durable, y compris tout fonds qui suit le Paris Aligned Benchmark ou un Climate Transition Benchmark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette classification est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une \u00e9tape importante dans la finance durable.<\/p>\n<p>La demande de fonds ESG ne fera qu'augmenter, car la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne vise \u00e0 investir 1 000 milliards d'euros ($1,19 trillions) dans des investissements verts au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie. Les entreprises doivent s'adapter rapidement et il n'y a plus de place pour la confusion.<\/p>\n<p>Ces sujets cl\u00e9s, tendances et nouveaux d\u00e9fis, caus\u00e9s par les nouvelles exigences l\u00e9gislatives, sont abord\u00e9s dans le prochain programme de trois jours du CST, Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner Program, Advanced Version, les 24-25 et 28 juin, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour les cadres de haut niveau.
