Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le d\u00e9bat porte sur la durabilit\u00e9 et sur les variations possibles du cadre r\u00e9glementaire de l'UE en mati\u00e8re de droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et de gouvernance d'entreprise. En d'autres termes, les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9futent l'hypoth\u00e8se selon laquelle les entreprises ignorent leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L'engagement de la Commission en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable est admirable. Nombre de ses initiatives susceptibles d'aider les investisseurs \u00e0 poursuivre dans cette voie b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un large soutien. Toutefois, les investisseurs ne sont pas des ennemis de la durabilit\u00e9 ; au contraire, ce sont eux qui poussent les entreprises \u00e0 prendre en compte tous les risques possibles, y compris ceux qui d\u00e9coulent du changement climatique.
