Tout d\u00e9pend de la position de l'entreprise sur le chemin du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les d\u00e9butants en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable doivent d'abord comprendre la signification et le r\u00f4le du d\u00e9veloppement durable pour l'ensemble de l'organisation, puis identifier les principales parties prenantes et lancer des activit\u00e9s de base, telles que le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat des employ\u00e9s, le recyclage, l'investissement social.  Les acteurs plus avanc\u00e9s int\u00e8grent le d\u00e9veloppement durable dans la vision et la mission de l'entreprise et r\u00e9digent un rapport sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable, en fixant des objectifs et des cibles sp\u00e9cifiques et mesurables. Les entreprises matures font du d\u00e9veloppement durable une priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique et l'int\u00e8grent dans toutes les pratiques de l'entreprise. En outre, elles utilisent les \u00e9valuations des performances ESG et prennent des engagements publics, par exemple en ce qui concerne leur gestion environnementale.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, Nikos a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les r\u00e9alisations de la FFA au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement durable et les progr\u00e8s qu'elle a accomplis. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation certifi\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable, la FFA nationale a align\u00e9 sa compr\u00e9hension du d\u00e9veloppement durable et entreprend actuellement une enqu\u00eate sur la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 afin d'identifier les sujets les plus importants (mat\u00e9riels) pour les groupes de parties prenantes cl\u00e9s de la FFA.
