Par exemple, certains actifs peuvent subir les effets n\u00e9gatifs d'une l\u00e9gislation accrue, ce qui alourdit le bilan des entreprises.  Les actifs physiques peuvent \u00eatre expos\u00e9s aux risques li\u00e9s au changement climatique, tels que l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation du niveau de la mer ou la d\u00e9sertification.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les investisseurs recherchent des leaders dans la transition vers une \u00e9conomie \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions de carbone et identifient les retardataires comme des risques d'investissement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Que votre entreprise soit activement engag\u00e9e dans le SASB, la TCFD, le CDSB (Climate Disclosure Standards Board) plus cibl\u00e9 ou la nouvelle notation de temp\u00e9rature du CDP, il existe des opportunit\u00e9s de jouer un r\u00f4le de leader.  L'\u00e9valuation de la temp\u00e9rature du CDP facilite l'identification des leaders en notant le degr\u00e9 auquel les \u00e9missions des entreprises sont sur la bonne voie pour soutenir l'Accord de Paris sur le changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les dirigeants et les responsables du d\u00e9veloppement durable doivent savoir comment utiliser les diff\u00e9rentes normes, les informations \u00e0 fournir et les rapports, qui sont li\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re complexe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Southpole, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les voies de d\u00e9carbonisation, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des entreprises interrog\u00e9es reconnaissent l'avantage d'une mise en \u0153uvre pr\u00e9coce, mais moins d'une sur dix dispose d'une strat\u00e9gie de divulgation.<\/li>\n<li>Les avantages de la divulgation sont largement reconnus, notamment en ce qui concerne la satisfaction des investisseurs, la construction et le maintien de leur r\u00e9putation et une meilleure gestion des risques et des opportunit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Quatre r\u00e9pondants sur dix pensent que la TCFD permettra aux entreprises de mieux comprendre les risques physiques et de transition li\u00e9s au changement climatique, mais seulement un quart des entreprises ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des sc\u00e9narios pour explorer la mani\u00e8re dont ces risques les affecteront.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans sa lettre annuelle aux chefs d'entreprise, le pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de BlackRock, Larry Fink, a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la normalisation et \u00e0 l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la publication d'informations sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable.
