Les entreprises \u00e9coutent et r\u00e9agissent d'une mani\u00e8re qui est importante pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable et qui s'aligne sur les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations unies.<\/p>\n<p>Cette crise humaine donne aux entreprises multinationales l'occasion de r\u00e9aliser et, dans certains cas pour la premi\u00e8re fois, d'assumer v\u00e9ritablement le # 8 Travail d\u00e9cent et croissance \u00e9conomique - pour tous et le # 10 R\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.  Et le seul moyen d'y parvenir est de mettre en place des #17 partenariats.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald's fait des dons importants \u00e0 des organisations qui travaillent \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des personnes de couleur.  En \u00e9tablissant un lien direct entre la marque et l'entreprise, l'entreprise reconna\u00eet que les consommateurs observent la fa\u00e7on dont les marques agissent en ce moment.  L'entreprise a encourag\u00e9 ses franchis\u00e9s et ses vendeurs, en s'adressant \u00e0 sa cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement, \u00e0 prendre le temps d'\u00e9couter et de s'\u00e9lever contre l'injustice sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Le<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/davidhessekiel\/2020\/06\/04\/companies-taking-a-public-stand-in-the-wake-of-george-floyds-death\/#7605d1a37214\"> monde de l'entreprise<\/a> se penche sur l'ensemble du monde dans lequel elle op\u00e8re et se demande comment elle peut faire partie de la solution.  Les multinationales Nike, Facebook et Lego se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 verser des millions de dollars \u00e0 la suite des manifestations aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9clarations n'ont pas de sens si elles ne sont pas suivies d'effets. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/chart\/21905\/favorability-of-brand-actions-amid-mass-protests\/?utm_source=Statista+Global&amp;utm_campaign=d4c998f6ff-All_InfographTicker_daily_COM_PM_KW23_2020_Th&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_afecd219f5-d4c998f6ff-299591785\">Sondage <\/a>montre une favorabilit\u00e9 positive \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des entreprises qui agissent en faveur de la justice sociale, font des dons aux petites entreprises ou aux communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es, et m\u00eame aux entreprises qui soutiennent \u00e0 la fois les manifestants et les forces de l'ordre.  Rester silencieux est la position la moins favorable (n\u00e9gative) qu'une entreprise puisse adopter.<\/p>\n<p>La justice sociale repr\u00e9sente sept des dix-sept ODD.  Comme le d\u00e9montrent Disney, P&amp;G, Starbucks et TikTok, des opportunit\u00e9s existent pour les PDG, les vice-pr\u00e9sidents, les cadres et les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement durable dot\u00e9s d'une pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique, d'une vision globale et de comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de gestion des risques.  Si vous \u00eates responsable du d\u00e9veloppement durable au sein de votre entreprise, vous devez comprendre les dynamiques interd\u00e9pendantes de l'\u00e9ducation, de la pauvret\u00e9, de la justice et des institutions fortes.  Le r\u00f4le des dirigeants d'entreprise \u00e9volue aussi rapidement que le monde.
