Dans tout le pays, les membres et les sympathisants de l'organisation First Nations <em>Wet'suwet'en<\/em> protestent contre un gazoduc r\u00e9cemment approuv\u00e9 qui traverserait leur territoire en Colombie-Britannique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, Black Rock, le plus grand gestionnaire d'actifs au monde, a annonc\u00e9 qu'il n'investirait plus dans les entreprises qui tirent leurs revenus des sables bitumineux de l'Alberta. Elle a rejoint un certain nombre d'autres entreprises qui se sont d\u00e9sengag\u00e9es des sables bitumineux, dont HSBC.  Les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre provenant des sables bitumineux du Canada remettent en question la capacit\u00e9 du pays \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs en mati\u00e8re de changement climatique et la mesure dans laquelle il contribue aux \u00e9missions mondiales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en mettant ce p\u00e9trole sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le bilan environnemental du pays \u00e9tant menac\u00e9 par son industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re, il existe de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d'explorer des voies durables dans d'autres secteurs. Et \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, les choses bougent beaucoup ; <em>Innovation bio-industrielle Canada<\/em>un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d'entreprises qui soutient les d\u00e9veloppeurs de technologies propres et durables, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/biofuels-news.com\/news\/bioindustrial-innovation-canada-gets-cad15-million-boost-from-feddev-ontario\/\">a r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u $15 millions du gouvernement de l'Ontario<\/a><\/strong>. En fait, les technologies propres sont l'industrie qui conna\u00eet la croissance la plus rapide au Canada. <em>ArcTern<\/em> Ventures, le plus grand fonds de capital-risque du pays dans le domaine des technologies propres, a r\u00e9cemment <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/betakit.com\/arctern-ventures-fund-ii-reaches-200-million-in-total-capital-commitments\/\">a atteint $200 millions d'euros d'engagements<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Canada s'est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement d'une \u00e9conomie circulaire et accueillera en septembre 2020 le Forum mondial de l'\u00e9conomie circulaire, qui se tiendra pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ind\u00e9pendamment du d\u00e9bat sur les sables bitumineux, le Canada s'oriente vers une croissance durable et verte dans de nombreux autres secteurs.  Pour ce faire, il faudra que les entreprises comprennent la durabilit\u00e9 et la mani\u00e8re de la mettre en \u0153uvre dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s internes et externes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La durabilit\u00e9 repose sur une solide analyse de rentabilit\u00e9.
