Un rapide coup d'\u0153il indique que l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur aborde les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations unies.  De plus, les campus, souvent gigantesques, proposent certainement au moins un cours sur la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ils MANQUENT de formation pour les applications pratiques.  Vous pouvez \u00eatre submerg\u00e9 par la compr\u00e9hension de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises (RSE) et vous perdre dans les montagnes de recherches qui prouvent la rentabilit\u00e9 d'une strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/fr\/cses-new-research-links-financial-and-corporate-sustainability-esg-performance-2\/\">m\u00eame nos propres recherches<\/a>!).  Pourtant, sans passer elles-m\u00eames par le processus de durabilit\u00e9, tout ce que les universit\u00e9s ont \u00e0 offrir, c'est de la th\u00e9orie - une th\u00e9orie solide, certes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, les applications qui aboutissent \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement durable op\u00e9rationnelles sont rares.  La pratique implique des it\u00e9rations m\u00e9thodiques de sensibilisation au sein de la hi\u00e9rarchie de l'entreprise, l'identification et l'engagement des parties prenantes, la d\u00e9termination et la mesure des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance appropri\u00e9s et la fixation d'objectifs avec des cibles sp\u00e9cifiques.  Ensuite, l'entreprise peut produire un rapport sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable - un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les indices de classement, qui stimulent l'investissement, s'appuient sur des rapports de d\u00e9veloppement durable qui s'alignent de mani\u00e8re optimale sur une norme sp\u00e9cifique telle que la GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), des rapports annuels, des documents gouvernementaux et juridiques, des positions sur d'autres plateformes de classement, une couverture m\u00e9diatique financi\u00e8re et g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, des rapports pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 d'autres organisations telles que le CDP et des rapports de groupes de d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur est en retard dans l'\u00e9tablissement de rapports sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable. Des organisations telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aashe.org\/\">AASHE<\/a> tentent de changer cela, mais il faut une masse critique de praticiens de la durabilit\u00e9, c'est-\u00e0-dire ceux qui pratiquent la RSE pour mettre en \u0153uvre des programmes d'\u00e9tudes pragmatiques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s universitaires, bien au fait de la th\u00e9orie, ont besoin d'une certification pratique, quelle que soit la discipline qu'ils ont suivie.  Ces dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s suivent les cours du CST.  Pourquoi ?  La formation bas\u00e9e sur la pratique peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des d\u00e9tails que peu d'\u00e9coles couvrent.  Saviez-vous que la divulgation sectorielle de la GRI qui s'applique aux universit\u00e9s (mais seulement aux organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif) est la divulgation sur les ONG ?  Si cette derni\u00e8re phrase est du charabia, alors vous avez besoin d'une formation ax\u00e9e sur la pratique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes et plateformes de reporting pr\u00e9sentent des complexit\u00e9s et des nuances.
