Vous comprenez l'int\u00e9r\u00eat d'une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de la RSE (responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises), mais que vous apportera exactement cette formation ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des praticiens du CST affirment que l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus pr\u00e9cieux est le PLAN D'ACTION.  Bien entendu, vous ne le saurez que trois semaines apr\u00e8s la formation.  Le CST propose une m\u00e9thodologie permettant d'\u00e9valuer le niveau de d\u00e9veloppement de votre entreprise en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9.  Nous examinons les applications pratiques de la m\u00e9thodologie \u00e0 l'aide d'\u00e9tudes de cas, d'exercices et de discussions bas\u00e9es sur des d\u00e9cennies d'exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la formation, les praticiens disposent des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour concevoir un plan d'action en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable.  Le plan d'action identifie les domaines qui font d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable de l'entreprise et pr\u00e9voit une \u00e9valuation de l'importance relative (EM) pour identifier les pr\u00e9occupations des parties prenantes.  Le plan d'action pr\u00e9cise qui doit parrainer l'effort (c'est-\u00e0-dire identifier les dirigeants dans la suite hi\u00e9rarchique), une \u00e9quipe inter-organisationnelle, le calendrier de l'EM, les piliers ESG (environnement, social, gouvernance) les plus importants et la mani\u00e8re dont l'entreprise peut rassembler ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur une p\u00e9riode de deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L'EM est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment int\u00e9gral qui aide l'entreprise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les questions de RSE, les pr\u00e9occupations ESG ou les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations unies qui ont le plus d'impact sur l'entreprise.  L'EM implique directement les parties prenantes qui ont un impact sur l'entreprise et que l'entreprise affecte \u00e0 son tour. Elle aboutit \u00e0 un rapport de retour d'information qui contient le contenu sp\u00e9cifique de la feuille de route strat\u00e9gique. Le rapport de retour d'information comprend les r\u00e9sultats de l'engagement des parties prenantes et de l'\u00e9valuation des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, ainsi qu'une matrice de mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9, pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite du plan d'action, apr\u00e8s une EM et les r\u00e9sultats d'une analyse des \u00e9carts (risques), l'entreprise peut concevoir des initiatives et des objectifs pour l'environnement, les communaut\u00e9s locales et les produits qui augmenteront la valeur pour les parties prenantes, r\u00e9duiront les risques potentiels et am\u00e9lioreront les performances de l'entreprise.  Le plan d'action sert souvent d'outil pour donner un \u00e9lan aux efforts naissants en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable.
