Cet outil est associ\u00e9 aux objectifs fix\u00e9s par la BEI en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 et relie les objectifs \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats mesurables, \u00e0 l'appui du concept de retour sur investissement durable. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le tableau de bord de la RSE se compose de plusieurs indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance permettant de mesurer les performances de l'organisation en mati\u00e8re de RSE sur la base de normes internationales et d'objectifs strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Felismino Alcarpe<\/strong>directeur de la RSE \u00e0 la BEI, commente :<br \/>\n\"La Banque europ\u00e9enne d'investissement pr\u00e9pare un tableau de bord de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises afin de mieux int\u00e9grer les crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9 dans la strat\u00e9gie globale de ses op\u00e9rations et d'encourager ainsi l'implication de tous les d\u00e9cideurs concern\u00e9s dans ce processus de d\u00e9veloppement. Le Centre pour la durabilit\u00e9 et l'excellence a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour aider et guider la BEI dans l'\u00e9laboration, la mise en \u0153uvre et l'\u00e9tablissement de rapports sur les indicateurs pertinents qui mesureront les performances environnementales, sociales et de gouvernance (ESG) par rapport \u00e0 des objectifs pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9s.
