Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, CSRHub est une base de donn\u00e9es de premier plan sur la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises (RSE) et sur l'\u00e9valuation et l'information en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9. Pour que CSRHub produise des r\u00e9sultats durables et donc r\u00e9els, les crit\u00e8res consistent \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les efforts des entreprises en mati\u00e8re de RSE dans 4 cat\u00e9gories fondamentales (Communaut\u00e9, Employ\u00e9s, Environnement et Ressources) et 12 sous-cat\u00e9gories suppl\u00e9mentaires. En retour, la note globale de RSE calcul\u00e9e par CSRHub cr\u00e9e un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence permettant aux entreprises de comparer leurs performances en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable. \u00c0 ce jour, la m\u00e9thodologie de notation de CSRhub utilise 257 sources pour cr\u00e9er un sch\u00e9ma qui r\u00e9duit les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s. Parmi ces sources, on trouve respectivement six grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de recherche ESG et d'autres sources diverses et cr\u00e9dibles.\n\nDans cette recherche, 8 entreprises pratiquant la RSE ont servi d'\u00e9chantillon pour \u00e9tudier leurs notations globales en mati\u00e8re de RSE.\nL'objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9couvrir s'il existait une diff\u00e9rence entre les notations RSE des entreprises avant et apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9sence de praticiens RSE au sein de leurs \u00e9quipes. Les mesures prises pour comparer les notes RSE des huit entreprises ont consist\u00e9 \u00e0 examiner la situation un an avant et apr\u00e8s la formation du CST, par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne de l'industrie correspondante. Les points de donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9s en graphiques lin\u00e9aires pour illustrer les tendances des scores de durabilit\u00e9. Le graphique ci-dessus \"W.W. Grainger Inc.\" illustre le point de donn\u00e9es 1 an avant la formation du CST (B), compar\u00e9 \u00e0 1 an apr\u00e8s la formation (P1) et indique l'impact que le plan d'action de 2 ans des praticiens de la RSE (issu de la formation) a pu avoir sur le score global de l'entreprise en mati\u00e8re de RSE. Cela n'a rien de surprenant puisque tous les responsables RSE ont suivi la formation certifi\u00e9e du CSE en mati\u00e8re de RSE et qu'\u00e0 l'issue de celle-ci, ils ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan d'action de deux ans en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable (RSE) pour leur entreprise. La raison pour laquelle ce plan d'action est remarquable est qu'une fois mis en \u0153uvre, il introduit une strat\u00e9gie d'empreinte carbone et un plan de r\u00e9duction de la consommation d'\u00e9nergie. Il s'agit d'une strat\u00e9gie pratique et mesurable qui est examin\u00e9e pendant quatre mois par les experts du CST et approuv\u00e9e par une tierce partie (IEMA - Institute of Environmental Management &amp; Assessment) pour s'assurer qu'elle r\u00e9pond aux normes et comprend une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'outils pour l'approche. Ce plan d'action, mis en \u0153uvre par les praticiens de la RSE, pourrait avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'\u00e9valuation globale de la RSE.\n\nVous souhaitez avoir un tel impact dans votre organisation ?
