La constitution d'une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 but lucratif prot\u00e8ge l\u00e9galement les objectifs sociaux d'une entreprise en imposant des consid\u00e9rations autres que le seul profit.  En donnant aux administrateurs la protection juridique garantie n\u00e9cessaire pour prendre en compte les int\u00e9r\u00eats de toutes les parties prenantes, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de bienfaisance peuvent contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des entreprises qui aident \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes sociaux et environnementaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons de devenir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 B sont nombreuses.
