Introduit en 2005, le syst\u00e8me fixe un prix pour les \u00e9missions de carbone afin d'inciter les entreprises \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur production de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1452\">Dans le cadre de la <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1152\">Le paquet climat de l'UE \u201cFit for 55\u201d (en forme pour 55)<\/strong>, Le syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendu au secteur maritime. A partir de <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1242\">1er janvier 2024<\/strong>, les compagnies maritimes qui exploitent des navires de taille sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,5 million d'euros. <strong data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1310\">5 000 tonnes brutes<\/strong> qui font escale dans les ports de l'Espace \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en (EEE) doivent surveiller, d\u00e9clarer et \u00e9ventuellement payer une partie de leurs \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone (CO\u2082).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1645\">Selon la <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1494\">Commission europ\u00e9enne<\/strong>, Le transport maritime repr\u00e9sente environ 1,5 milliard d'euros par an. <strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1576\">3-4% des \u00e9missions totales de CO\u2082 de l'UE<\/strong>, ce qui en fait un secteur critique dans la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9carbonisation de l'Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1668\">En vertu du r\u00e8glement :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1894\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ub72od\" data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1745\"><strong data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1693\">100% d'\u00e9missions<\/strong> des voyages <strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1731\">entre les ports de l'UE\/EEE<\/strong> sont couverts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yvoiyy\" data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1768\">50% d'\u00e9missions<\/strong> des voyages <strong data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1822\">entre un port de l'UE et un port hors UE<\/strong> sont couverts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fbdmm8\" data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1894\">\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1894\"><strong data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1869\">100% d'\u00e9missions \u00e0 quai<\/strong> dans les ports de l'UE sont inclus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1939\">Le syst\u00e8me sera <strong data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1938\">mise en place progressive<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2063\">\n<li data-section-id=\"hwy57j\" data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1995\">\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1995\"><strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1995\">2024 -
