Cette \u00e9volution est importante, car 2026 est la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 le syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre de l <strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1337\">la discipline en mati\u00e8re de processus, la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et la coordination interfonctionnelle<\/strong> commencent \u00e0 affecter mat\u00e9riellement les co\u00fbts, les litiges et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1439\">Deux dynamiques r\u00e9glementaires d\u00e9finissent l'ann\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1737\">\n<li data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1563\"><strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1496\">Le syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (EU ETS Maritime) progresse dans sa phase de mise en place.<\/strong>, Les entreprises doivent \u00eatre en mesure d'offrir des services de qualit\u00e9, d'augmenter l'exposition aux indemnit\u00e9s et d'am\u00e9liorer les d\u00e9lais de remise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1737\">\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1737\"><strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1605\">FuelEU Maritime est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur<\/strong>, La directive est soutenue par des conseils de mise en \u0153uvre d\u00e9taill\u00e9s approuv\u00e9s par les \u00c9tats membres de l'UE par l'interm\u00e9diaire du Forum europ\u00e9en pour le transport maritime durable (ESSF).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"2013\">Dans le m\u00eame temps, les perspectives r\u00e9glementaires mondiales restent incertaines. L'OMI a confirm\u00e9 que les n\u00e9gociations sur le cadre \"Net Zero\" de l'OMI ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9es et reprendront en 2026, ce qui retarde la clart\u00e9 sur les mesures mondiales et maintient la pression sur les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 long terme en mati\u00e8re de carburant et de modernisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2278\">Pour les armateurs et les gestionnaires grecs, l'implication est plus pratique que th\u00e9orique :<br data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2106\" \/><strong data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2278\">La r\u00e9glementation climatique de l'UE n'est plus un simple ajout de conformit\u00e9. Il s'agit d\u00e9sormais d'un mod\u00e8le d'exploitation qui concerne l'affr\u00e8tement, les op\u00e9rations, la gestion technique, le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau et les finances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2283\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2359\">Pourquoi une bonne gestion du syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et du syst\u00e8me FuelEU en 2026 cr\u00e9e une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2531\">La conformit\u00e9 en 2026 ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 \u00e9viter les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s. cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des pr\u00eateurs<\/strong>, Les banques qui appliquent les principes Pos\u00e9idon attendent de plus en plus des donn\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 d\u00e9cisionnelle et des contr\u00f4les de conformit\u00e9 document\u00e9s, et pas seulement des objectifs globaux.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3250\" data-end=\"3253\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3322\">\u00c9tapes pratiques et bonnes pratiques pour la gestion des obligations 2026<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3479\">La liste de contr\u00f4le ci-dessous refl\u00e8te ce d\u00e9clar\u00e9es pour <strong data-start=\"3853\" data-end=\"3861\">2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3864\" data-end=\"3950\">\n<p data-start=\"3866\" data-end=\"3950\"><strong data-start=\"3866\" data-end=\"3874\">100%<\/strong> des \u00e9missions d\u00e9clar\u00e9es par <strong data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"3917\">\u00c0 partir de 2026<\/strong>, avec une cession \u00e0 partir de 2027<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3952\" data-end=\"3988\"><strong data-start=\"3952\" data-end=\"3988\">Des contr\u00f4les pratiques \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4214\">\n<li data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4068\">\n<p data-start=\"3991\" data-end=\"4068\">Attribuer un responsable interne unique pour le calendrier, les preuves et les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de l'ETS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4069\" data-end=\"4135\">\n<p data-start=\"4071\" data-end=\"4135\">Maintenir un <strong data-start=\"4082\"
