Dans ces secteurs, la r\u00e9putation de la marque et la confiance du public jouent un r\u00f4le majeur dans la r\u00e9ussite de l'entreprise. \u00c0 mesure que la surveillance s'intensifie et que les r\u00e9glementations \u00e9voluent, les entreprises doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la pression croissante des investisseurs et \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des attentes des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1200\">L'activisme red\u00e9finit les priorit\u00e9s ESG<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1647\">Aujourd'hui, les objectifs ESG vont bien au-del\u00e0 des rapports internes. Ils poussent les entreprises \u00e0 rendre des comptes, m\u00eame en l'absence de mandats r\u00e9glementaires stricts. En cons\u00e9quence, de nombreuses entreprises repensent la mani\u00e8re dont elles pr\u00e9sentent et mesurent leurs engagements en mati\u00e8re d'ESG.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1940\">Les marques de consommateurs sous les feux de la rampe<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"2294\">Les d\u00e9taillants et autres entreprises en contact avec les consommateurs font l'objet d'un examen de plus en plus minutieux. La saison des procurations 2025 a apport\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barrons.com\/articles\/proxy-season-activists-retailers-consumer-companies-dei-1f8ce1f2\">vague de propositions d'actionnaires<\/a>. Ils se concentrent sur des sujets tels que la diversit\u00e9, les performances environnementales et l'activit\u00e9 politique des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2553\">Ce type d'activisme ne vient pas seulement des investisseurs. Les salari\u00e9s attendent d\u00e9sormais de leur entreprise qu'elle adopte des positions fortes sur les questions sociales et environnementales. En r\u00e9ponse, de nombreuses marques int\u00e8grent l'ESG plus profond\u00e9ment dans leurs activit\u00e9s, leur culture et leur message public.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2600\">De la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avantage concurrentiel<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2795\">Les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement durable doivent adapter leur approche. La GSE ne peut plus \u00eatre une simple question de conformit\u00e9. Elle doit au contraire servir de base \u00e0 une valeur commerciale \u00e0 long terme et \u00e0 la confiance des parties prenantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"3039\">Les entreprises qui sont leaders en mati\u00e8re d'ESG affichent souvent des performances sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de leurs concurrents. Pourquoi ? Parce qu'elles alignent leurs valeurs sur celles des clients, des employ\u00e9s et des investisseurs. Cette approche prot\u00e8ge \u00e9galement leur r\u00e9putation en cas de pression publique ou r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3041\" data-end=\"3201\">Pour prosp\u00e9rer dans ce paysage, les entreprises doivent faire preuve de progr\u00e8s mesurables. Cela signifie qu'elles doivent fixer des objectifs clairs, suivre les r\u00e9sultats et communiquer de mani\u00e8re transparente.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3247\">Une approche prospective est essentielle<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3468\">Les industries ax\u00e9es sur les consommateurs doivent adopter une attitude proactive.
