(SEC) ha anunciado las prioridades de inspecci\u00f3n para el ejercicio fiscal 2022. La publicaci\u00f3n anual de las prioridades de examen de la Divisi\u00f3n se compone de tal manera que proporciona a los inversores y a los solicitantes de registro transparencia y est\u00e1 en consonancia con la SEC.\u00a0<strong>Los cuatro pilares de la Divisi\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promover y mejorar el cumplimiento<\/li>\n<li>Prevenir el fraude<\/li>\n<li>Supervisar el riesgo<\/li>\n<li>Informar a la pol\u00edtica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En 2021, se produjo un aumento del 3% con respecto a 2020 en los ex\u00e1menes completados. Adem\u00e1s, durante 2021, la Divisi\u00f3n emiti\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 2.100 cartas de deficiencia y realiz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 190 remisiones a la Divisi\u00f3n de Cumplimiento de la SEC.<\/p>\n<p>La SEC ya ha se\u00f1alado las inversiones ASG como potencialmente de mayor riesgo para los inversores debido a la falta de t\u00e9rminos ASG normalizados. Los asesores de inversi\u00f3n registrados y los fondos ofrecen y eval\u00faan cada vez m\u00e1s inversiones que emplean estrategias ASG o incorporan determinados criterios ASG, lo que aumenta tambi\u00e9n el riesgo de declaraciones materialmente falsas y enga\u00f1osas en las divulgaciones relativas a las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de la cartera.
