Forma parte de las medidas legislativas derivadas del Plan de Acci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre Finanzas Sostenibles. Obligatorio <a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/divulgacion-de-informacion-sobre-la-gse-en-canada\/\">Divulgaci\u00f3n ESG<\/a> Ahora se imponen obligaciones a los gestores de activos y otros participantes en los mercados financieros para dirigir el capital privado hacia inversiones sostenibles.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4241 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ESG_disclosure-1024x623.jpg\" alt=\"divulgaci\u00f3n de esg\" width=\"218\" height=\"133\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Morningstar, los activos en fondos sostenibles europeos aumentaron en 55% y en 2020 se lanzaron 505 nuevos fondos centrados en la \"sostenibilidad\". Esta fuerte demanda de fondos ESG ha exacerbado la falta de datos transparentes, y el nuevo paquete de normas ser\u00e1 crucial para que la Uni\u00f3n Europea haga frente al lavado verde y cumpla sus objetivos netos cero para 2050.<\/p>\n<p>El lavado verde se produce cuando un fondo se etiqueta enga\u00f1osamente como sostenible para atraer a inversores preocupados por el medio ambiente, lo que puede da\u00f1ar la reputaci\u00f3n tanto de los prestamistas como de los prestatarios. Adem\u00e1s, socava la integridad de los pr\u00e9stamos verdes o vinculados a la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4239 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Greenwash-1024x623.jpg\" alt=\"fondo de lavado verde\" width=\"256\" height=\"156\" \/>El principal paso para atajar los problemas de \"lavado verde\" y una parte clave de la nueva normativa, es la clasificaci\u00f3n de los fondos. Los gestores de activos deben decidir ahora si un fondo que ofrecen encaja en una de las tres secciones: Art\u00edculo 6, Art\u00edculo 8 y Art\u00edculo 9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El art\u00edculo 6 se refiere a los fondos ordinarios<\/li>\n<li>El art\u00edculo 8 fomenta las caracter\u00edsticas medioambientales o sociales<\/li>\n<li>El art\u00edculo 9 debe tener un objetivo de inversi\u00f3n sostenible, incluido cualquier fondo que siga el \u00cdndice de Referencia Alineado con Par\u00eds o un \u00cdndice de Referencia de Transici\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta clasificaci\u00f3n se considera un hito importante en las finanzas sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>La demanda de fondos ESG no har\u00e1 sino aumentar, ya que la nueva legislaci\u00f3n de la UE pretende impulsar 1 bill\u00f3n de euros ($1,19 billones) en inversiones verdes durante la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada.
