Las nuevas leyes son inevitables.  Ya sea como resultado de la administraci\u00f3n Biden o de la voluntad de los pa\u00edses de cumplir los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU, he aqu\u00ed algunas \u00e1reas en las que las leyes nuevas o m\u00e1s estrictas podr\u00edan afectar a su programa de sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aumento del salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong> - Muchos afirman que las prestaciones por pandemia est\u00e1n manteniendo a la gente fuera de la poblaci\u00f3n activa.  \u00bfQu\u00e9 dice del salario m\u00ednimo que una poblaci\u00f3n sana en edad de trabajar prefiera sufrir la ignominia del desempleo?  Los Estados est\u00e1n cambiando sus normas.  Las empresas deber\u00edan hacer la transici\u00f3n ahora para evitar un shock m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Productos fabricados por mano de obra ilegal<\/strong> - Prep\u00e1rense para una mayor protesta y acci\u00f3n contra el trabajo esclavo, la trata de seres humanos y el trabajo de menores: nada de ni\u00f1os que trabajan para entregar los dulces de chocolate que deber\u00edan estar disfrutando, no cosechando.  Prep\u00e1rense para que la lista crezca e incluya la vainilla, los minerales e incluso los materiales reciclados.  Se aplicar\u00e1n las leyes contra el trabajo ilegal existentes y se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n otras normativas relacionadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principio de quien contamina paga<\/strong> - La econom\u00eda circular se expandir\u00e1 a medida que m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s empresas sean responsables de sus pl\u00e1sticos, sus lodos y sus subproductos.  Se esperan leyes de recuperaci\u00f3n que obliguen a las empresas a gestionar activamente sus productos postconsumo (\u00a1no residuos!) y a darles un nuevo uso productivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>Recibimos suficiente luz solar al d\u00eda para abastecer al mundo durante un a\u00f1o.  Los paneles solares, las turbinas e\u00f3licas y la tecnolog\u00eda de las bater\u00edas crecer\u00e1n con el apoyo de los gobiernos.  Los bonos verdes ya est\u00e1n disponibles para avanzar hacia todas las tecnolog\u00edas renovables y emergentes necesarias para alimentar incluso las industrias m\u00e1s intensivas en energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo que se necesita ahora es la visi\u00f3n y la creatividad para abordar estas cuestiones antes de que se conviertan en mandatos.  \u00bfCu\u00e1l afectar\u00e1 m\u00e1s a su sector?
