Las empresas est\u00e1n escuchando y reaccionando de formas que son importantes para la sostenibilidad y est\u00e1n en consonancia con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta crisis humana est\u00e1 brindando a las empresas multinacionales la oportunidad de realizar y, en algunos casos por primera vez, asumir realmente # 8 Trabajo decente y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico - para todos y # 10 Reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades.  Y la \u00fanica manera de hacerlo es a trav\u00e9s de #17 Asociaciones.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald's est\u00e1 haciendo grandes donaciones a organizaciones que trabajan para mejorar la vida de las personas de color.  Estableciendo una conexi\u00f3n directa entre marca y negocio, reconocen que los consumidores est\u00e1n pendientes de c\u00f3mo act\u00faan las marcas en este momento.  La empresa ha animado a sus franquicias y proveedores, llegando hasta su cadena de suministro, a tomarse el tiempo necesario para escuchar y alzar la voz contra la injusticia social.<\/p>\n<p>En<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/davidhessekiel\/2020\/06\/04\/companies-taking-a-public-stand-in-the-wake-of-george-floyds-death\/#7605d1a37214\"> mundo empresarial<\/a> est\u00e1 observando el mundo total en el que operan y pregunt\u00e1ndose c\u00f3mo pueden formar parte de la soluci\u00f3n.  Las multinacionales Nike, Facebook y Lego han prometido millones de d\u00f3lares tras las protestas en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Las declaraciones no tienen sentido si no se cumplen. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/chart\/21905\/favorability-of-brand-actions-amid-mass-protests\/?utm_source=Statista+Global&amp;utm_campaign=d4c998f6ff-All_InfographTicker_daily_COM_PM_KW23_2020_Th&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_afecd219f5-d4c998f6ff-299591785\">Sondeo <\/a>muestra una favorabilidad positiva hacia las empresas que act\u00faan en favor de la justicia social, hacen donaciones a peque\u00f1as empresas o a comunidades afectadas, e incluso hacia las empresas que apoyan tanto a los manifestantes como a la polic\u00eda.  El silencio es la postura menos favorable (negativa) que puede adoptar una empresa.<\/p>\n<p>La justicia social representa siete de los diecisiete ODS.  Como demuestran Disney, P&amp;G, Starbucks y TikTok, existen oportunidades para directores generales, vicepresidentes, ejecutivos y profesionales de la sostenibilidad con pensamiento sist\u00e9mico, visi\u00f3n global y capacidad de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos.  Si usted es responsable de sostenibilidad en su empresa, debe comprender la din\u00e1mica interrelacionada de la educaci\u00f3n, la pobreza, la justicia y las instituciones fuertes.
