Los principales problemas medioambientales de Miami no son nuevos y se vienen planteando desde hace d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, uno de los problemas es que Florida permite la urbanizaci\u00f3n de sus playas y la subida del nivel del mar, como consecuencia del cambio clim\u00e1tico, no est\u00e1 deteniendo a los urbanizadores de la costa de Florida.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, el sur de Florida era el hogar de 6 millones de personas y se prev\u00e9 que crezca en 3 millones en las pr\u00f3ximas tres d\u00e9cadas. El Gran Miami y las Playas batieron otro r\u00e9cord al vender un\u00a0<strong>15,6 millones de euros<\/strong>\u00a0pernoctaciones hoteleras en 2018, lo que representa un aumento de\u00a0<strong>+1.5%<\/strong>\u00a0en comparaci\u00f3n con 2017.
