{"id":2247,"date":"2019-06-26T09:45:49","date_gmt":"2019-06-26T06:45:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/what-to-expect-theory-versus-practice\/"},"modified":"2019-06-26T09:45:49","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T06:45:49","slug":"what-to-expect-theory-versus-practice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/que-esperar-teoria-frente-a-practica\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e9 esperar: Teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Segunda parte de nuestra serie <strong>Qu\u00e9 esperar de la formaci\u00f3n sobre sostenibilidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 pasar dos d\u00edas fuera de casa, viajando a Houston, Nueva York, Seattle o Toronto, para recibir formaci\u00f3n sobre sostenibilidad?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Probablemente puedas hacer un curso en una universidad local, o incluso una carrera.  Un vistazo r\u00e1pido indica que en la ense\u00f1anza superior se imparten clases sobre los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la ONU.  Y los campus, a menudo enormes, tienen sin duda al menos un curso sobre estrategia de sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les FALTA formaci\u00f3n para las aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas.  Te puedes agobiar entendiendo la necesidad de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) y divagar entre las monta\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n que demuestran la rentabilidad de una estrategia de sostenibilidad (<a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/cses-new-research-links-financial-and-corporate-sustainability-esg-performance-2\/\">incluso nuestra propia investigaci\u00f3n<\/a>!).  Sin embargo, sin pasar por el proceso de sostenibilidad, todo lo que las universidades pueden ofrecer es teor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las aplicaciones que culminan en Estrategias de Sostenibilidad operativas son esquivas.  La pr\u00e1ctica implica iteraciones met\u00f3dicas de sensibilizaci\u00f3n dentro de la jerarqu\u00eda corporativa, identificaci\u00f3n e implicaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas, determinaci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n de los KPI (indicadores clave de rendimiento) adecuados y fijaci\u00f3n de objetivos con metas concretas.  Despu\u00e9s, la empresa puede elaborar un informe de sostenibilidad, una pieza fundamental para mejorar la rentabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00edndices de clasificaci\u00f3n, que impulsan la inversi\u00f3n, se basan en informes de sostenibilidad que se ajustan de forma \u00f3ptima a una norma espec\u00edfica como la GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), informes anuales, documentos gubernamentales y legales, posiciones en otras plataformas de clasificaci\u00f3n, cobertura de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n financieros y generales, informes realizados para otras organizaciones como CDP e informes de grupos de defensa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En general, la ense\u00f1anza superior llega tarde a la elaboraci\u00f3n de informes de sostenibilidad. Organizaciones como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aashe.org\/\">AASHE<\/a> est\u00e1n intentando cambiar esta situaci\u00f3n, pero es necesario que haya una masa cr\u00edtica de profesionales de la sostenibilidad, es decir, que practiquen la RSE para aplicar planes de estudios pragm\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los licenciados universitarios, bien versados en teor\u00eda, necesitan una certificaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, independientemente de la disciplina que hayan cursado.  Estos licenciados siguen cursos de ESI.  \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?  La formaci\u00f3n basada en la pr\u00e1ctica puede revelar detalles que pocas escuelas cubrir\u00e1n.  \u00bfSab\u00eda que la divulgaci\u00f3n sectorial del GRI que se aplica a las universidades (pero s\u00f3lo a las sin \u00e1nimo de lucro) es la divulgaci\u00f3n de las ONG?  Si esa \u00faltima frase es un galimat\u00edas, entonces necesitas una formaci\u00f3n centrada en la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Existen complejidades y matices en los distintos mecanismos y plataformas de informaci\u00f3n.  Adem\u00e1s, las iniciativas de sostenibilidad y la forma de aplicarlas o mejorarlas eficazmente tambi\u00e9n tienen matices y son espec\u00edficas de cada empresa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CSE <a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/all-trainings\/\"><strong>Programa para Profesionales Certificados en Sostenibilidad<\/strong><\/a> (Edici\u00f3n Avanzada 2020) ofrece una aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica fundamentada en la teor\u00eda y basada en a\u00f1os de experiencia en la aplicaci\u00f3n real de la RSE con empresas y organizaciones de todo el mundo.
