Comprende el valor de un conocimiento m\u00e1s profundo de la RSE (responsabilidad social de las empresas), pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 le aportar\u00e1 exactamente la formaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los profesionales de la ESI afirman que el componente m\u00e1s valioso es el PLAN DE ACCI\u00d3N.  Por supuesto, no lo sabr\u00e1n hasta 3 semanas despu\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n.  CSE proporciona una metodolog\u00eda para evaluar el nivel de desarrollo de su empresa en cuanto a disponer de una Estrategia de Sostenibilidad.  Repasamos las aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas de la metodolog\u00eda con estudios de casos, ejercicios y debates basados en d\u00e9cadas de experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al final de la formaci\u00f3n, los profesionales disponen de las herramientas necesarias para elaborar un Plan de Acci\u00f3n para la Sostenibilidad.  El Plan de Acci\u00f3n identifica las \u00e1reas que ya forman parte de la estrategia de sostenibilidad de la empresa y programa una Evaluaci\u00f3n de Materialidad (EM) para identificar las preocupaciones de las partes interesadas.  El plan de acci\u00f3n detalla qui\u00e9n debe patrocinar el esfuerzo (es decir, identificar a los l\u00edderes de la alta direcci\u00f3n), un equipo interorganizativo, el calendario de la EM, qu\u00e9 pilares ESG (medioambientales, sociales y de gobernanza) son de mayor importancia y c\u00f3mo puede la empresa reunir estas piezas en un plazo de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una parte integral es la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto, que ayuda a la empresa a determinar qu\u00e9 cuestiones de RSE, de ASG o de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la ONU son las m\u00e1s importantes para la empresa.  La EM implica directamente a las partes interesadas que afectan a la empresa y a las que la empresa afecta a su vez. El resultado es un informe de retroalimentaci\u00f3n que contiene el contenido espec\u00edfico de la hoja de ruta estrat\u00e9gica. El informe de retroalimentaci\u00f3n incluye los resultados de la participaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas y la evaluaci\u00f3n de los ejecutivos de la C-Suite, junto con una Matriz de Materialidad, para ayudar a establecer las prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo el Plan de Acci\u00f3n, tras una evaluaci\u00f3n de impacto y los resultados de un an\u00e1lisis de carencias (Riesgos), la empresa puede dise\u00f1ar iniciativas y objetivos para Medio Ambiente, Comunidades Locales y Productos que aumenten el valor de las partes interesadas, reduzcan el riesgo potencial y mejoren el rendimiento corporativo.  El Plan de Acci\u00f3n suele servir como herramienta para dar impulso a los incipientes esfuerzos de sostenibilidad.
