{"id":2161,"date":"2009-03-15T08:49:26","date_gmt":"2009-03-15T05:49:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/gefyra-in-cooperation-with-cse-moves-towards-an-innovative-initiative-aiming-at-zero-ghg-emissions-for-its-operations\/"},"modified":"2023-12-10T15:20:05","modified_gmt":"2023-12-10T12:20:05","slug":"gefyra-in-cooperation-with-cse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/gefyra-en-cooperacion-con-cse\/","title":{"rendered":"GEFYRA, en cooperaci\u00f3n con el CSE, avanza hacia una iniciativa innovadora que aspira a cero emisiones de GEI en sus operaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GEFYRA, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Centro para la Sostenibilidad y la Excelencia (CSE), ha desarrollado una Estrategia de Huella de Carbono con el fin de reducir las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero producidas por sus operaciones anuales, bas\u00e1ndose en el protocolo de Gases de Efecto Invernadero, lo que tambi\u00e9n redundar\u00e1 en la reducci\u00f3n de los costes operativos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de esta iniciativa es reducir de forma constante la cantidad de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero producidas anualmente, as\u00ed como obtener la certificaci\u00f3n oficial de neutralidad clim\u00e1tica mediante la compensaci\u00f3n de las emisiones de carbono por parte de la organizaci\u00f3n suiza \"myclimate\". Esta acci\u00f3n se considera un paso adelante, tras la exitosa campa\u00f1a de concienciaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del a\u00f1o pasado, realizada con motivo del D\u00eda Mundial del Medio Ambiente, durante la cual se promovieron los conceptos de ecoconducci\u00f3n y compensaci\u00f3n de carbono entre los usuarios del puente.<\/p>\n<p>GEFYRA, a trav\u00e9s de su estrategia de reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero producidas por sus operaciones anuales y mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n del programa \"Operaci\u00f3n Clima Neutral\", reducir\u00e1 significativamente su huella de carbono en 68 toneladas (4% del total de emisiones de gases) y promover\u00e1 un ahorro de costes estimado en 14.642 euros anuales (9.43% del coste total de las operaciones).<\/p>\n<p>El Sr. Nikos Avlonas, Director General del CSE, ha declarado: \"Estamos orgullosos de haber apoyado a GEFYRA con nuestros conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos en vista de una iniciativa de este tipo, cuyo objetivo es reducir la huella ambiental de la organizaci\u00f3n y recortar considerablemente los costes operativos.\"<\/p>\n<p>En nombre de GEFYRA, Ioannis Frerris, Director de Comunicaci\u00f3n de GEFYRA OPERATION, coment\u00f3 lo siguiente \"En esta era de cambio clim\u00e1tico, no puede plantearse ninguna forma de pol\u00edtica de sostenibilidad corporativa sin el dise\u00f1o y la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de iniciativas significativamente eficaces destinadas a lograr resultados mensurables y visibles.
