El folleto de servicio puede utilizarse como manual constructivo que ofrece asesoramiento sobre cuestiones pr\u00e1cticas relevantes en el \u00e1mbito de la Comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>CSE y EACD creen firmemente que la responsabilidad empresarial puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel decisivo a la hora de facilitar y conseguir resultados empresariales a largo plazo. Por esta raz\u00f3n, el folleto se centra en el significado y la importancia de desarrollar una Estrategia de Comunicaci\u00f3n Responsable y aclara las herramientas que hacen eficaz esta forma de estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La contribuci\u00f3n de CSE a este esfuerzo supuso el desarrollo del contenido y la direcci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del folleto de servicio. Durante la Cumbre Europea de Comunicaci\u00f3n que se celebra anualmente en Bruselas, el CSE organiz\u00f3 un taller para los miembros y ponentes de la EACD, en el que se present\u00f3 la estrategia que subyace a la Comunicaci\u00f3n Responsable, tal y como aparece en el folleto de servicios. El taller reuni\u00f3 a profesionales de diversos sectores, invit\u00e1ndoles a debatir y considerar las fases cr\u00edticas que conlleva el dise\u00f1o de una Estrategia de Comunicaci\u00f3n Responsable, as\u00ed como a reconocer la importancia de mantener altos niveles de confianza entre las partes interesadas para alcanzar la excelencia y promover y sostener activamente la Responsabilidad Corporativa a trav\u00e9s del Triple Balance.
