Por qu\u00e9 gustan a los inversores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Centro para la Sostenibilidad y la Excelencia (<a href=\"https:\/\/cse-net.org\/es\/acerca-de-nosotros\/consultores-formadores-con-licencia-cse\/\">CSE<\/a>), en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto de \u00c9tica Empresarial y Profesional (IBPE) de la Universidad DePaul, han dise\u00f1ado un oportuno curso sobre \"C\u00f3mo crear una empresa B y obtener una ventaja competitiva\".<\/p>\n<p>Una corporaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica es un tipo de entidad corporativa con \u00e1nimo de lucro, autorizada por 30 estados de EE.UU. y el Distrito de Columbia, que incluye un impacto positivo para la sociedad, los trabajadores, la comunidad y el medio ambiente, adem\u00e1s del beneficio. Constituirse como una corporaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica protege legalmente los objetivos sociales de una empresa al exigir otras consideraciones adem\u00e1s del mero beneficio.  Al dar a los directores la protecci\u00f3n legal garantizada necesaria para considerar el inter\u00e9s de todas las partes interesadas, las corporaciones ben\u00e9ficas pueden ayudar a satisfacer las necesidades de las empresas que ayudan a resolver los retos sociales y medioambientales.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchos impulsos para convertirse en una empresa B.  La demanda de responsabilidad corporativa est\u00e1 en su punto m\u00e1s alto. La inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable y de impacto est\u00e1 creciendo en cuota de mercado, con $8,7 billones en activos bajo gesti\u00f3n en EE.UU..  Aun as\u00ed, los inversores suelen presionar a las empresas para que obtengan beneficios r\u00e1pidos.  Las empresas B proporcionan aislamiento frente a la presi\u00f3n de los inversores miopes.<\/p>\n<p>Las corporaciones ben\u00e9ficas se diferencian de las corporaciones tradicionales en el prop\u00f3sito, la responsabilidad y la transparencia, pero no en la fiscalidad.
