Tras su introducci\u00f3n gradual en 2024, las compa\u00f1\u00edas navieras son ahora plenamente responsables de sus emisiones de carbono en los viajes dentro de la UE y parcialmente en las rutas internacionales que impliquen puertos de la UE.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"605\">En el marco actual:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"791\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1glrn8u\" data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"665\"><strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"629\">100% de emisiones<\/strong> de los viajes intracomunitarios<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qjizas\" data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"725\"><strong data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"688\">50% de emisiones<\/strong> de los viajes extracomunitarios<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hnv10x\" data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"791\">El Reglamento se aplica a los buques <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"791\">m\u00e1s de 5.000 toneladas de arqueo bruto<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"1098\">Con los precios de los derechos de emisi\u00f3n de la UE (EUA) fluctuando entre 70 y 100 euros por tonelada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el cumplimiento de la normativa ya no es s\u00f3lo una obligaci\u00f3n medioambiental, sino un reto. <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"972\">riesgo financiero importante<\/strong>.
