Introducido en 2005, el sistema pone precio a las emisiones de carbono para incentivar a las empresas a reducir la producci\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1452\">En el marco de la <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1152\">Paquete clim\u00e1tico \u201cFit for 55\u201d de la UE<\/strong>, El RCCDE se ha ampliado para incluir el sector mar\u00edtimo. En <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1242\">1 de enero de 2024<\/strong>, compa\u00f1\u00edas navieras que explotan buques de m\u00e1s de <strong data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1310\">5.000 toneladas brutas<\/strong> que hacen escala en puertos del Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo (EEE) deben controlar, notificar y, en su caso, pagar una parte de sus emisiones de di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO\u2082).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1645\">Seg\u00fan la <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1494\">Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, El transporte mar\u00edtimo representa alrededor del <strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1576\">3-4% de las emisiones totales de CO\u2082 de la UE.<\/strong>, lo que lo convierte en un sector cr\u00edtico en la estrategia de descarbonizaci\u00f3n del bloque.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1668\">Seg\u00fan el reglamento:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1894\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ub72od\" data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1745\"><strong data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1693\">100% de emisiones<\/strong> de viajes <strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1731\">entre puertos de la UE y el EEE<\/strong> est\u00e1n cubiertos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yvoiyy\" data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1768\">50% de emisiones<\/strong> de viajes <strong data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1822\">entre un puerto de la UE y otro de fuera de la UE<\/strong> est\u00e1n cubiertos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fbdmm8\" data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1894\">\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1894\"><strong data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1869\">100% de emisiones en el atraque<\/strong> en los puertos de la UE<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1939\">El sistema se <strong data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1938\">introducci\u00f3n gradual<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2063\">\n<li data-section-id=\"hwy57j\" data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1995\">\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1995\"><strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1995\">2024 - 40% de emisiones verificadas deben estar cubiertas<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hi5jn3\" data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2025\">\n<p data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2025\"><strong data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2025\">2025 - 70% de emisiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12d5vbv\" data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2063\">\n<p data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2063\"><strong data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2063\">2026 en adelante - 100% de emisiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2179\">Las compa\u00f1\u00edas navieras deben comprar y entregar <strong data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2136\">Derechos de emisi\u00f3n de la UE (EUAs)<\/strong> correspondientes a sus emisiones verificadas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2301\">Esto supone un cambio fundamental para el sector del transporte mar\u00edtimo porque <strong data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2300\">las emisiones de carbono tienen ahora un coste financiero directo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2388\">Por tanto, los armadores, fletadores y operadores deben incorporar la tarificaci\u00f3n del carbono:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2509\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3ae9w6\" data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2409\">\n<p data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2409\">planificaci\u00f3n del viaje<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cesxzo\" data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2440\">\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2440\">decisiones de inversi\u00f3n en flotas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1chch9\" data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2471\">\n<p data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2471\">negociaciones de fletamento<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u5gq49\" data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2509\">\n<p data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2509\">estrategias de sostenibilidad a largo plazo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2668\">La pregunta clave que se hacen muchos ejecutivos del transporte mar\u00edtimo es si el RCCDE es simplemente otro requisito de cumplimiento o si remodelar\u00e1 los modelos de negocio mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2791\">En realidad, <strong data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2791\">La tarificaci\u00f3n del carbono ya est\u00e1 transformando las decisiones operativas y comerciales en todo el sector del transporte mar\u00edtimo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2791\">\n<h1 data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2791\"><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2791\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1wd0v8p\" data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2842\">Principales ventajas de comprender pronto el RCCDE<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2934\">Las empresas navieras que comprendan pronto el RCCDE pueden obtener importantes ventajas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2934\">\n<h3 data-section-id=\"82vf7k\" data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"2960\">Mejor planificaci\u00f3n de costes<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"3164\">Los derechos de emisi\u00f3n de carbono representan un <strong data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"3039\">nuevo coste operativo para las navieras<\/strong>. euros por tonelada de CO\u2082<\/strong> en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3166\" data-end=\"3277\">Las empresas que prev\u00e9n la exposici\u00f3n a las emisiones pueden anticipar mejor las obligaciones de carbono y gestionar la planificaci\u00f3n presupuestaria.<\/p>\n<p data-section-id=\"qa8wib\" data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3320\">\n<h3 data-section-id=\"qa8wib\" data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3320\">Mejora de las negociaciones de fletamento<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3322\" data-end=\"3381\">El RCCDE ya ha influido <strong data-start=\"3352\" y de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1mtwssg\" data-start=\"6053\" data-end=\"6088\">Paso 4 - Alinear los contratos de fletamento<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6090\" data-end=\"6179\">Uno de los principales retos del sector es determinar <strong data-start=\"6139\" data-end=\"6178\">Qui\u00e9n paga por las emisiones en el RCCDE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p
