The European Union\u2019s ESG regulatory framework is no longer just a European concern. Over 4,000 U.S. companies<\/strong> now fall under the EU’s sustainability disclosure and due diligence mandates, specifically through the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)<\/strong> and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)<\/strong>.
