Organized by the <strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1101\">Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE)<\/strong>, this three-day course empowered professionals to lead sustainable change in their organizations.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1239\"><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1239\">A Diverse Group with a Common Goal<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1514\">Participants came from <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1280\">Thoughtworks<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1293\">Cargill<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1318\">Liberty Diversified<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1346\">Phillips Mushroom Farm<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1355\">MIT<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1388\">Metropolitan Water District<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1402\">HMRI<\/strong>. They represented a wide range of sectors, including <strong data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1513\">tech, agriculture, manufacturing, and public agencies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1735\">Moreover, the program welcomed international professionals from <strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1638\">Ireland, Singapore, Canada, and the Dominican Republic<\/strong>. As a result, the training included a rich blend of global perspectives and regional challenges.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1758\"><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1758\">What They Learned<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1867\">Throughout the sessions, participants gained practical tools and strategies. Specifically, they learned to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"2041\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1903\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1903\">Build effective ESG frameworks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1943\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1943\">Manage sustainability-related risks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1995\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"1995\">Apply innovation in sustainable business models<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2041\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2041\">Collaborate and exchange ideas with peers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2391\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2391\">\u201cWe are thrilled with the success of this training program and the exceptional group of professionals who took part in it,\u201d said <strong data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2189\">John Gremer<\/strong>, Program Coordinator. \u201cThe knowledge and connections gained during these sessions will undoubtedly empower participants to drive sustainable practices in their respective organizations and industries.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2414\"><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2414\">Empowered to Lead<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2600\">By the end of the course, each participant earned a <strong data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2522\">globally recognized ESG Practitioner Certification<\/strong>.
