Su objetivo es acelerar el desarrollo del combustible de aviaci\u00f3n sostenible (SAF). El MCR garantiza rendimientos estables a los productores. Esto reduce el riesgo de inversi\u00f3n y fomenta el abandono de los combustibles f\u00f3siles. Dado que la aviaci\u00f3n se enfrenta a una creciente presi\u00f3n para descarbonizarse, el MCR se convierte en una pieza clave del plan del Reino Unido para alcanzar las emisiones netas cero en los vuelos en 2050.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1177\">Para apoyar esta visi\u00f3n, el Gobierno brit\u00e1nico est\u00e1 implantando el RCM como parte de su programa m\u00e1s amplio <strong data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"848\">Marco pol\u00edtico de las FAS<\/strong>. Al ofrecer estabilidad de mercado a largo plazo, el mecanismo fomenta la inversi\u00f3n privada y permite a los promotores de combustibles limpios ampliar su escala con mayor confianza. En este art\u00edculo analizaremos lo que se ha decidido, a qui\u00e9n afecta el mecanismo, c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo se aplicar\u00e1, y c\u00f3mo se alinea con los esfuerzos m\u00e1s amplios de descarbonizaci\u00f3n del Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1225\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se ha decidido sobre el MCR?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1528\">En <strong data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1246\">Enero de 2025<\/strong>el Gobierno brit\u00e1nico anunci\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n de aplicar un <strong data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1337\">Modelo de precio de ejercicio garantizado<\/strong> para el MCR. Al igual que el <strong data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1399\">Contratos por diferencia (CfD)<\/strong> modelo utilizado en los mercados de electricidad renovable, este enfoque garantiza que los productores de SAE reciban un precio garantizado por su combustible.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1684\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1612\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1612\">Si los precios de mercado caen por debajo del precio de ejercicio, el MCR cubrir\u00e1 la diferencia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1684\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1684\">Si los precios superan el precio de ejercicio, los productores devolver\u00e1n el excedente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"2042\">Para mantener la sostenibilidad financiera del mecanismo, el Departamento de Transporte (DfT) propuso una tasa variable en marzo de 2025. Los proveedores de combustible de aviaci\u00f3n pagar\u00edan al fondo. Este fondo proteger\u00eda a los promotores de FAE de las oscilaciones del mercado y mostrar\u00eda el apoyo a largo plazo del Gobierno a los combustibles limpios.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2111\">\u00bfA qui\u00e9n afectar\u00e1 el mecanismo de ingresos seguros?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2308\">El MCR est\u00e1 concebido principalmente para beneficiar a <strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2171\">Productores SAF<\/strong>En particular, las que se enfrentan a costes iniciales elevados y beneficios inciertos. Seg\u00fan su funcionario <strong data-start=\"3665\" data-end=\"3681\">Enero de 2025<\/strong> respuesta:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3888\"><em data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3888\">\"Un mecanismo de certidumbre de ingresos es esencial para apoyar el despliegue comercial de las instalaciones de producci\u00f3n de SAE, que a menudo se enfrentan a costes de capital y operativos m\u00e1s elevados en comparaci\u00f3n con los combustibles f\u00f3siles.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3890\" data-end=\"4218\">Esta declaraci\u00f3n deja clara la postura del Gobierno. <strong data-start=\"3944\" data-end=\"3960\">SAF es vital<\/strong> para alcanzar los <strong data-start=\"3984\" data-end=\"4005\">Estrategia Jet Zero<\/strong>y el MCR es una forma inteligente, impulsada por el mercado, de aumentar la producci\u00f3n. Esta iniciativa pretende acelerar el desarrollo de proyectos mediante:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4504\" data-end=\"4682\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4504\" data-end=\"4551\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4506\" data-end=\"4551\">Financiaci\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"4516\" data-end=\"4551\">instalaciones de SAE a escala comercial<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4552\" data-end=\"4603\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4554\" data-end=\"4603\">En apoyo de <strong data-start=\"4565\" data-end=\"4603\">tecnolog\u00edas de producci\u00f3n innovadoras<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4604\" data-end=\"4682\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4606\" data-end=\"4682\">Proyectos regionales en \u00e1mbitos clave como <strong data-start=\"4651\" data-end=\"4663\">Teesside<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"4668\" data-end=\"4682\">Humberside<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4684\" data-end=\"4964\">El FFA contribuye a que los proyectos en fase inicial lleguen a un <strong data-start=\"4731\" data-end=\"4751\">listo para invertir<\/strong> y cerrar la brecha entre innovaci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n.
