Social return on investment (SROI) is a well recognised method for measuring extra-financial value relative to resources invested. It can be used by any entity to evaluate impact on stakeholders, identify ways to improve performance, and enhance the performance of investments.
SROI methodology was used for the CSR program that WIND was developed (31st Athens Marathon) in order to calculate social value creation and enhance communication between the final consumers, NGO’s and WIND. The final results of the calculations show the social value and impact of this CSR program (31st Athens Marathon) that for every 1€ WIND invest.
